IMO Since the ‘90s the friends of the FED Reserve, the financial globalist central bankers and Wall Street have been acquiring companies and milking them dry under the guise of ‘....increasing shareholder value.....’ and like a parasite direct all the free cash flow and operating income to themselves directly or indirectly, ignoring what created the company. The intent being the globalist central banker goal of destroying American industry and the middle class. Boeing is a perfect example of this in action, stock buy backs instead of investing in R&D.
