What is it and who runs it?
Any insights are welcome. I’ve gotten both emails and texts from this group, wanting a donation. I mean, I’m not against helping a good cause, but I suspect that this is just some opportunistic group (RNC???) trying to gin up some financial support.
Texas is taking historic action to respond to this border crisis. In 2021, Governor Greg Abbott launched Operation Lone Star, deploying the Texas National Guard and Texas Department of Public Safety to the southern border. Operation Lone Star personnel work around-the-clock to detect and repel illegal crossings, arrest human smugglers and cartel gang members, and stop the flow of deadly drugs like fentanyl into our nation. As you know, many GOP governors are now supporting, in various ways, Texas' singular resistance to the Dems openly collapsing our Republic.
As with all financial solicitations, use your own best judgment. 🤠Remember that California, New Mexico and Arizona have Dem governors, by design, and are unlikely to do anything to stem the flow of this invasion. We may be on the threshold of a civil war. 🤨
