Biden’s handlers might be losing control of government agencies. Like the Border Patrol. Everything I’ve read said that they are in agreement with Texas. Perhaps they are refusing an unconstitutional order. I mean, I’m sure that they took the oath too.

Re Did Biden just back down?:

No, he is punishing Texas by interfering with oil exports.

Hmm hmm. That’s interesting. Who was cutting it a while ago, BP or other fed peeps?

I’m thinking the BP just told hidenbiden and the DHS to pound sand.

Also, check out what AG Paxton said in his letter of 1/26/24:

https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/news/releases/attorney-general-ken-paxton-refuses-biden-administrations-demand-surrender-shelby-park-and-end?fbclid=IwAR0EEklpMQPI6ruU8Pby21sgtXfioZ51bNZjNA9XaoBJbyob3xs3Vb6gCAs

Note this part:

Instead, you fixate on a recent order from the Supreme Court of the United States. As you know,
that unsigned order supplied no rationale for vacating a Fifth Circuit injunction. It may be that the
Supreme Court was misled by allegations levelled by your federal agency, and which you repeated
in your January 14th letter to our office. In any event, the Court’s order certainly said nothing
about access to Shelby Park, which even the federal government’s lawyers acknowledged is “not
presented” in that ongoing litigation. See Second Supplemental Memorandum at 5, DHS v. Texas,
No. 23A607 (Jan. 15, 2024).”
