I suppose it would depend on the city they target. Uprisings such as you describe would not be well tolerated around these parts. BLM types would be facing law enforcement AND armed citizens. This may be true in east Texas as well, but I don’t live there so I can’t say for sure.

I do not see martial law being instituted anywhere in Texas. I guess the feds might try such a thing , but they’d have to enforce it.

Interesting thought. Cohntractors from Ukraine were at Jan6. And of course antifazzers. I doubt the states wanting to send assistance to TX are being orchestrated by the Pedo peeps, but they might take advantage.
