By my count, anyway, that’s the only covered drydock the Navy has. It’s fine with me if they don’t want anyone watching work on the tubes. Surely you remember when I put you in charge of keeping track of the 2nd Fleet for us-——carry on.

It was made up of detached units from the Soviet Northern and Baltic Fleets. They never really had a home port in the Med, bouncing between Egypt and Syria depending on who they were on good terms with at the moment.
They rotated units in and out with great regularity so we got to look at a good cross section of the Soviet ships.
They would sweat like crazy in the summer because their ships didn't have air conditioning. That didn't do their electronics any favors.
They would occasionally detach some of their ships to go anchor off Socotra Island south of Yemen. Those guys REALLY sweated.
