FDA’s New Rule Allows for Medical Research Without Informed Consent

The FDA really is an enemy of the people. My understanding is that established legal precedent trumps agency rules/guidelines. I think there’s jurisprudence that actually requires informed consent, and it’s not just an agency rule that can be changed to accommodate their big pharma buddies.

Yesterday, the Supremes voted 5-4 against Texas and A) in favor of the insane, radical, Marxist madmen of the Biden administration…B) in favor of open borders and against the Sovereignty of the United States of America…C) in favor of the intentional destruction of America…D) against States Rights enshrined in the U.S. Constitution…and E) in favor of leaving the American people completely helpless to stop a mass invasion of our country.

Who could possibly vote against the interests of America and a secure border? Who could possibly vote against Texas and ignore States Rights? Who could rule that a state and its legal American citizens have no right to defend against a mass invasion of criminals? Who could possibly vote that as millions of military-age males from Hamas, Hezbollah, MS-13 and our mortal enemy China pour into our border, a state cannot even put up razor wire to try to slow the invasion down?

Two “conservatives” voted that way.

Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Amy Coney Barrett. Amy Barrett was one of the recent Trump appointments, recommended to President Trump by the fantastic, pro-Constitution, Federalist Society.

How is this possible? There is not one conservative, or patriot in all of America who would have voted this way. So how do two supposedly “conservative” justices stab America in the back, and vote against States Rights, and for the destruction of America?

I’ll say it out loud.

It’s my opinion that we just found out who the bribed and/or blackmailed, rat-fink TRAITORS are. No normal, honest, pro-rule-of-law, pro-American judge on earth would vote this way. It’s not even possible. It’s unimaginable. It’s absurd. It’s insanity.

It’s like two conservative judges just voted for national suicide. “

The first computer I was introduced to was the Xerox STAR word processing system. It used 8" floppy disks.

We had 12 of the initial systems in the Joint Service Command I had just joined for shore duty. We were the test bed to see if DoD was going to buy several thousand of the machines. It used the first real Graphical User Interface. I am convinced that Microsoft copied the idea to make Windows.

I was super annoyed that a bootable floppy formatted on one machine could not be used to boot another machine. I thought that this was silly and so made it my mission to get around it. It took me about three weeks.

I spent a lot of time with the Xerox repair person when they were there. I asked why one disk couldn't be used in another machine. He told me that the format process wrote the machine serial number on the disk during format. The serial number was clearly posted on the label just inside the side cover. From him I also learned that there was a boot diagnostic that would let you read and edit the hex data on a disk.

After he left, I formatted a new disk and rebooted the machine short circuiting the boot into the diagnostic. From there I just looked for the machine serial number on the floppy. When I found it, I edited it to all zeros, saved and rebooted.

Imagine my NOT surprise when the machine booted and I could use the disk. I then went and checked it on three other machines. Worked good. I told my office mate, an Army LTC who had just come from being the CO of an Army data center. He was amazed that someone with no previous computer experience could do something like this.

Needless to say, word spread fast in the command that I could make bootable floppies that would work on any machine.

Then I did something that, in hindsight, I'm not sure I should have done. I wrote a rather scathing letter to the President of Xerox and the head of the Palo Alto Research Center (PARC) explaining exactly what I had done and why their policy of tying floppies to a single system was stupid and counter productive to both Xerox and their customers.

Well, that's when the excrement hit the air handling machinery. Xerox almost fired the entire regional sales staff convinced that they had helped me. I don't know why. I had told them EXACTLY how I had done it. I initially got a reprimand from the Chief of Staff. When the General found out he shut that down. He thought it was wonderful that people could now work anywhere there was an open machine and told the president of Xerox that in no uncertain terms. Magically, six months later an OS update from Xerox did away with the tying of floppies to specific machines.

My reprimand turned into an Joint Service Commendation Medal for that and other things I did at the command. It also put me on track to playing with computers for the past 42 years. I eventually got my Masters in Computer Science.

It is amazing what companies will pay someone with an MS CS, a patent in electronic warfare, and a TS/SCI clearance from NSA.

FishMoxFishFlex.com’s supplier has bailed, “Stopped producing” but I’d be willing to bet it’s heat over the containers/types.

Amoxicillin lasts a long time, but some types, like the ‘cycline types, gain some toxicity over time so KNOW what you’re doing when getting antibiotics and using them...

They’re not “voting” on anything, they are attempting to reach a consensus on interpretation of law. By the LAW it appears that is probably the correct interpretation BUT by that ruling they

A) Prove the obvious, that the whitehouse sitting figurehead/president/whatever is clearly derelict in discharging his constitutional duties.

B) Reveal a pretty glaring deficiency in that IF a corrupt power ascends to the presidency and infuses the legislative bodies it has the potential to create a serious threat to the continued existence of the Republic.

The latter is due to the fact that the Supreme Court has essentially thrown this back in the lap of the House and Senate to put the president under impeachment to rectify the situation but doesn’t take into account that they are seriously compromised, (let alone the time factor).

Exactly, trikki nikkis vote was at least half dirty dems who crossed over. that means she got just over 20% from our side,hardly worth pursuing but with the huge money she has she can't help herself. Also, anyone who has done any kind of research at all will find out that New Hampshire is basically owned by the Sinaloa cartel lock stock and barrel. Its where their money is laundered. Money bribes lots of people and institutions. I've got bronchitis. I was chatting with a nurse yesterday at the place I go for meds. She told me about other hospitals she had worked at and how they operate.

One story she told me was rather shocking.

It appears nurses were told to do whatever was necessary to make it look like recently dead patients all had covid. In doing so they got $39,000 per body for the govt.

After watching this happen numerous times she quit and now works for an independent.

Doctors told nurses to do it so when the SHTF they could simply blame the nurses. The higher ups would blame doctors who already had patsies.

We have found out lots of stuff about doctors that most of us never knew. The practice of medicine will never be the same again since we now know:
