Nobody is going to want a recruiting job in this environment. Recruiters are evaluated just like everybody else in the military and if the evaluation sucks because nobody wants to come in to the military those recruiters shelf life and careers are over as well.

This does not mean that all black recruits are stupid, but the higher-IQ ones are snagged by the private sector desperate to meet their DEI quotas.
