Since you spoke about a lot of people and subjects that had nothing to do with Covid, which is what I was talking about, you might know more about what went down regarding those subjects. However, regarding Dr. Zelenko’s efforts to alert President Trump and Mark Meadows about a specific safe, cheap treatment for early Covid, you only have limited information. Since Dr. Zelenko had lost one lung to cancer he was particularly concerned with finding a way to save people who already had health comorbidities, which is why he sent a copy of his letter to health professionals to our President. He found research from France and South Korea which gave him some ideas. He was one of several doctors serving a NY state community of around 30,000 people many like him of Jewish culture and religion.
Regarding comments by EXDEMMOM: Dr. Zelenko (not Zelensky) subsequently worked with 2 German doctors to prepare a retrospective study comparing results of people with Covid treated by him in his community, and people treated by other doctors in the community. This study determined that his patients had a significantly lower number of deaths than patients of the other doctors.
A 2021 study in Turkey, before vaccines had become commonly available, used the original Zelenko protocol and doses on around 240 hospitalized patients with Covid and often with comorbidities. They also gave 1000IU of Vitamin D3, and for one half the group they gave 24,000 milligrams (24 grams) IV Vitamin C for several days. The experiment showed that the IV Vitamin C shortened hospital stays by several weeks (unlike Remdesivir which had very little effect). When they check early lab tests from before the experiment started they were surprised to discover NONE of the patients had sufficient Vitamin D levels, a few had insufficient levels, and the rest were divided relatively equally between deficient and severely deficient Vit. D levels. The only person who died had one of the very lowest Vit. D levels. In the spring of 2020, Dr. Fauci was asked if taking Vitamins D3 and C might help immunity. He said NO. By late fall he had to admit Covid science was showing Vitamin D might help. Fauci’s all drugs and vaccines all the time point of view is probably what caused Trump to NOT do anything effective with Zelenko’s message. It made Pfizer richer and helped a lot more people die than would have using the Zelenko protocol.
HCQ is an effective malaria treatment taken regularly by millions of people in poorer tropical countries. THus if such people catch Covid they are already taking HCQ while they still have their own internal ZINC resources. In addition many more millions are taking Ivermectin to fight vicous tropical parasites. Apparently many countries where these two drugs are taken regularly also had surprisingly low Covid death rates. Although poor, some of these countries keep decent health statistics. The efforts to keep us from finding out what besides Ivermectin was being used in Uttar Pradesh, India, to stop Covid using a massive public health effort surprised me. I recently tried unsuccessfully to refind the US article which finally revealed the total Ivermectin protocol used in that successful Indian state. It also included zinc among other useful items. Why was so much effort taken to hide this information? Why was I prevented on at least six times by AOL news articles from making basic science statements like, “HCQ helps zinc get into Covid infected cells to fight the virus there.” I was told I was violating community norms, this when they were allowing really ugly comments by people who opposed Trump or Biden politically to be posted. I’m afraid the answer is Big Pharma was controlling the information flow so nothing would get in the way of their taxpayer subsidized Covid vaccines.
Bottom line, President Trump was treated with convalescent serum, and Remdesivir among other approved treatments, but he also stated he used Zinc.
What could possibly go wrong? 🙄
