My wife was referred to a DEI Doctor. After realizing that she likely got a free ride (African name, but born in the US), I said no thanks and found another doctor. They weren’t happy, but tough Shiite, it’s pretty much every man for himself at this point when it comes to medical car.

Same here. I am way past worrying about hurting anyone’s feelings. I don’t care if anyone calls me names. If, for ANY reason I don’t have a good feeling about a medical “professional” I will walk out. It’s pretty rare I’d go in there these days anyway.
