The increase in cancer rates was noted in 2019. Even the most obtuse of antivax believers can figure out that Covid didn’t exist yet and that the vaccines against Covid were still two years away.
Not that there is any biological mechanism for the activation of the adaptive immune system through exposure to antigens to cause cancer. If that were the case, humans and every other animal that relies on adaptive immunity would have gone extinct hundreds of millions of years ago.
