“I’m running out of suppliers that are NOT “DEI” obsessed”

Try great river organic milling company. Based in Wisconsin. I buy 25# sacks of organic seven grain stone ground flour. (Cost about $50.) Then break it into 5# freezer bags and store in freezer. Flour stays good for one year. I find it superior to anything found in retail stores.

Baking with the flour is tricky. (Imagine bricks made of flour) Took me three loaves before figuring out the correct proportions and methodology.

Yeah; I’m probably gonna go with some small brand Bread Flour, if I can find it locally, like Dakota Maid, etc.
