He actually LOVES the flush but I don’t know how much he’d love it at 3 times the amount. I recall how a mere 500 mg almost made my hair catch fire, but it’s just a pleasant warmth on my face now. I’ve read on WebMD that normal cholesterol ratios are between 3.5-5 to 1. His doctor said he went from 2.1-1 to 4.1-1 and everyone is freaking out. That seems to me to still be within the normal ratio range and 2.1 seems to have been terribly low. I don’t know what to think about this, except I don’t trust the doc to not be a Pharma stooge reading from a script. How far the medical community has fallen from grace and esteem!
I thought I had just read that cholesterol is actually not bad for you.
