The Baptist church I grew up in does, but that’s in a small town out in the sticks with a bit of a holy roller bent. I’ve seen them Baptize babies in the crick.

Down in Bama there are a lot of "Baptist" churches where someone decides they're a minister sans Seminary and a church pops up around them.
