Thanks, I needed that pick-me-up meme of the use of T-Rexes in WWII...

Update from Michigan:

The state GOP (MIGOP) was able to make huge strides in cleaning up our side of the aisle on Saturday, 1/13. Despite a snowSTORM the day before, delegates and state executive committee members showed up and were able to make significant corruption reductions and now appear to be “over the hump” of having more honest people in charge than not. The big summary:

Kristina Karamo received a confidence vote of 59-1 (with a quorum of the 107 members available) to show that she is still the chair of the Michigan GOP. This is significant as a rogue element of about 37 delegates, including the vice-chair Malinda Pego, had scheduled an illegitimate meeting 1/6 to vote to oust KK. The local news of course only reported that “80% of the republican delegates had voted to remove her, but failed to add the important “non-quorum number of delegates” point. (”Michigan’s J6 Event”).

Once the confidence vote was received (with a lot of applause from delegates tired of the social media smears), a follow-up vote was taken to clarify that Malinda Pego is no longer part of the Michigan state GOP. She had been given ample chances to make necessary changes within the GOP prior to the illegitimate J6 meeting, without any actions being taken by her. When she then participated in the MI J6 and followed up with saying that the meeting showed Karamo was no longer chair afterwards, it clearly showed her intentions as not being in line with MIGOP. Cheering again took place once the vote showed her removed.

Lastly, 57 precinct delegates from Kalamzoo county have been illegally removed by the county GOP over the past year. A vote was taken by the state GOP committee to show that the members “removed” had been done so illegally. Once again, a measure passed to show that all the delegates are legal delegates and their voices will be heard at county and state conventions coming up shortly. The third round of applause marked a turning point in clearing the Deep State from the Great Lakes state.

Hopefully, the good republicans in Michigan will eventually find great candidates and take on the democrats outside of their own party soon(!).

(Check out MIGOP.org for a full recap coming out soon).

Uber out...
