I don’t think those occurred outside, I thought those occurred in the tunnel where the DC Metro cops (who later lied about where they were,) were.
I’m interpreting that tunnel as being part of the outside. No door to close it off. It’s outside. Just viewed the entire video. They even know the name of the cop who was beating her while she was unconscious. If only she were black, this would have been front page and wall-to-wall for months. Has her family sued?
