Until these ludicrous notions took hold, the average IQ to perform at college level was 115 to 130. At the present time, the mean IQ of college students is the same as the general population -- 102.

It's also dangerous to put stupid people in high level jobs they're not qualified for: they're easy to control and can do a lot of damage. Hello FBI, CIA, and DOJ - we're talkin 'bout yous guys....
