Consider the source. Did he or did he not have 20 years served thereby making him pension eligible? Singlaub had 30 when he dissed Carter.

He thinks his ‘resignation’ as a ‘martyr’ will hurt Biden. I think not.

Well at least it shows that some military officers have the integrity to “fall on their swords” in protest of malfeasance and incompetence of the political class.

That’s more than any of the senior generals ever did in face of Biden’s disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan or the current refusal to kill terrorists in Yemen, Iraq, Syria, and Lebanon.

Or, maybe he simply followed his sincerely held religious beliefs. He resigned from a position, not from the military. Sanders put him in another billet, one that doesn’t require him to approve abortion travel. you have an extremely cynical view, he hasn’t said anything about being a martyr. He is to be commended, not dismissed.
