“We nearly lost America”.
Truth is, if there was a planned insurrection on Jan. 6th and the goal was to “take” America, there were enough patriots there to make it happen.
There were well over 1 million patriots at Trump’s speech. Several hundred thousand gathered peacefully on the Capitol lawn after.
The crowd was loud, angry and peaceful. Besides a few people climbing scaffold and waving flags nothing happened. Well, except for the stupid Capitol police who tried to rule up the crowd by throwing flash-bangs and teargas into the crowd. Jerks.
When there’s a real ‘insurrection’ people bring weapons OTHER than flagpoles.
And they bring supplies to ‘hold’ the building taken. There wasn’t even a sandwich between the thousands of people there.
The insurrection lie was pushed by extreme democrat domestic terrorists - by the commie traitor wing of the democrat party.
A person has to be a blind true believer like Smerconish to believe the most armed population in the history of the world would attempt an ‘insurrection’ without one weapon beyond flagpoles. Does Smerconish thing any conservative thought if we ‘took’ the building, we could write laws?
