I dunno. Perhaps a white man’s collision shop will give him a free paint job out of guilt. Car looks too classic. There’s enough marks to where it had to be done in a garage to avoid being seen-even at night. There have been enough hoaxes committed to think otherwise. Think Justin Smollett. Tawana Brawley. The one at the Air Force Academy.
If it is spray can painted, I suspect solvent, or some polishing compound will remove it.
If it washes off with water, suspect the hoax.
