Back in the late 70s, Van Halen and Quiet Riot both ruled the Sunset Strip...VH usually at Gazarri’s, QR at the Starwood. VH was def the better band, but QR always packed the Starwood because the young girls just adored QR, i guess they always had the hotter women at their shows.
