No matter how much money you have, it is never enough. Sounds like someone with a problem. I'm pretty confident there are millions out there who would be quite content with someone handing them 300 million.

Correct. Money is a tool. It can be used for good or ill. Plenty of deserving folks who could use a life raft. Plenty of Clinton Foundation types in need of an IRS audit.
