My brother who has been an airline captain for decades and is very athletic and health conscious ended up with myocarditis after getting the first shot. He was grounded and thought his career was over. The airline is having a severe shortage of pilots so they sent him to a different state to get to see a flight surgeon who OKs basically everyone.

Most people do not realize that the number of airline pilots now flying with heart conditions that would have washed them out forever previously is now through the roof. And the replacements for the ones who are a complete mess are very young and have very little experience. I live on a residential “airpark” with a bunch of airline pilots and it is a topic of discussion very frequently.

Until the vaxes this type of thing was almost unheard of but now it happens far more frequently than what we even hear about.

I loosely follow American Freedom Flyers & the interviews Josh Yoder does, so I know a lot of pilots are flying with ‘known’ issues & some aren’t telling, but chest discomfort/pain, etc.

I quit flying years ago. If I were still flying, I would not be flying now between the pilots & their post-jab health issues plus the air controller diversity hire issues.
