How about some high doses of cayenne?
Sorry I didn’t get back to you re: the cayenne... been busy. According to Ayurveda, cayenne is not right for some people, depends on condition and constituion. I used to be into cayenne, made into little pills and took that way. It can help in some things. DH is a firey person in many ways and excess heat wouldn’t be the right thing.
