I think not. It was similar to the others. Some of the waves that are “rogue” waves are much different and higher than those that come before or after. Sometimes coming in relatively “calm” seas.
I’m thinking poor seamanship.
But that won’t get many clicks.
Considering the passenger demographics, that cruise line was very, very lucky...
