What? That faith is one’s conviction that one’s belief is true? Absolutely.
Scripture addresses this specifically: “Blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” In other words, those who lack convincing evidence to support their belief, yet have faith in their belief, are blessed. Thus, faith is the conviction that one’s belief is true.
The message in your post #74 is that belief is distinct from facts.
But you present what you claim to be facts, and you believe them.
