if indians can run casinos, anybody should be able to...indian casinos have no regulations at all....at least govt or private institutions have to follow basic gambling fairness in their payouts..
You are correct. Anyone can run a casino.
I just think it's bad for our society to have casinos everywhere. I think it should be regulated and restricted to certain areas. Like I said, I don't want to ban them. But I don't want a casino in my town. You don't have to agree with my opinion.
