The problem is less about the ‘broken road’ (a ridiculous premise) than the culture in CA, as evidenced by this LA Times headline:

“What caused speeding BMW to crash, killing 4 Pepperdine students? Dueling claims amid murder charges”

Considering that the speed limit for the road at the crash site was 45mph, the question posed by LAT is both nonsensical and insulting to ‘normal’ Americans.

Here’s evidence to my statement:

“Bohm was originally charged with gross vehicular manslaughter but was released due to insufficient evidence.”

He was later ‘re-arrested’. See here

If consistent which is never the case, the Left in their delusional response should call for banning BMW’s because they are so dangerous and keep injuring and killing people...
