The ammunition and weapons being sent to Ukraine are all from reserve or disposal stocks. NATO forces are still at normal levels of operational readiness.
As to war with Ruzzia? If Ruzzia would stop threatening NATO members then NATO would stop responding to those threats. Amazing how that works.
