I think they will all look at this from a ‘after-Trump prospective’. Do you want some crazy sue-the-President agenda popping up with the next dozen Presidents. This isn’t a Trump-only affect. I’m pretty sure it will take out various future candidates if it goes against Trump.
As for a 9-0 ruling? No...won’t happen.

I thought this for quite awhile. Until I realized they are now too flexible and just change their stance flip flopping back and forth depending on how the wind is blowing that day. And then they do absolutely nothing about ruling in a manner that would prevent total ignorance of their rulings after the fact. Nothing is solid as “go no go” period, they leave gray area openings that can be skirt and be “debatable” to their ruling.
Anymore their rulings are just ignored and treated as “suggestions” that have no legal standing or power. And they don’t do anything to change this and get the legal powers of the judicial branch back. So they will absolutely rule one way now and then change their ruling when the next president comes.
best I could see happening is a 7-2 split and that doubtful
