My opinion has no bearing on what the mis-named court we are talking about will decide.
That said, I wouldn’t be holding my breath waiting for a breathtaking decision.
Has any decision by anyone in government gone 100% for truth, common sense, individual rights, or the God blessed Constitution of the United States of America in the last ten years or so?
If we are up to using the power of prayer as a means of helping the decision process, we might perhaps have a smidgeon of hope that our wishes might be granted. We unfortunately aren’t generally on the frequency that God the Father, his Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are on, relative to how their plan will shake out in our historical setting.
Does that mean we give up? That option should not be exercised as we know that liberty and agency are principles enshrined in the Founding documents of this God ordained land of freedom. Should we lose our agency or freedom we are no longer able to worship the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as is our right, and then what?
One need only contemplate what our Founding Fathers and those who stood with them, had to give of themselves to birth the miracle of the United States of America. It is to be found in the last paragraph and last sentence of the Declaration of Independence.
There were many who gave of their lives their fortunes and their sacred honor to give us a free nation they would never personally benefit from.
Many many living under the banner of freedom today prefer the rule of man to the rule of law ordained by the One our Founders regarded as the Supreme Judge of the world.
...and yes I would agree that a good start on restoration of the rule of law would be the repeal of the seventeenth amendment.
