In my humble opinion, it’s just another example of malfeasance caused by the 17th amendment. Until the 17th Amendment is repealed, our Republic restored, we are going to have a flawed judiciary and a uniparty running it’s animal called Fedzilla on us taxpayers...
There are many Freepers that defend the 17th amendment. I kid you not.
