That reinforces my beginning of taking them about 2 weeks ago. I’d been having BP issues and while I was taking a pretty low dose of prescribed Benazapril (since last Nov) I was still running pretty damn high and got sent over to the ER from an urgent care visit about a month back.
So, a couple weeks back I came across a study reporting investigation of Omega 3’s reducing blood VISCOSITY. I’d never seen this discussed in ANY media commentary about BP stuff, and from an engineer/science perspective it made sense that this was potentially an off the bandwagon pharmoindustrial complex “don’t go there. I’ve been taking them for about 2 weeks now and I had a follow up visit with my Primary Care Physician (PCP) (An RN who is WAY clued in) Thursday and my BP at the visit kick off was 132/72... Hmmmmmm
(My PCP is gold, I’m going to get around to asking about onboarding her and family into SHTF group.)
