Since you mentioned it was just for the primary, and, per AFB-XYZ, some states disallow write -ins, what then?
PDJT legal team needs this being-taken-off-the-ballot issue at the USSC, and they have got to rule it illegal to just remove somebody for insurrection when he or she hasn’t been convicted.
Colorado has me thoroughly confused. It’s unconstitutional but who cares these days?
Nope! I forget just how Colorado official put it but basically 'No ballot space for write in, no write in's counted. The people of Colorado are going to have to restore freedom to their state or become a dictatorial autocracy!
