I never bought into any of that. That’s way too far out there for it to make any sense to me.
Pres. Trump had the perfect opportunity to do some of that legally with his
Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity (PEIC or PACEI), The Voter Fraud Commission.
The law on the books, signed by Pres. Bush - the Help America Vote Act - should have allowed\forced the states to comply with giving the commission the data.
The commission lasted approx. 6 months or so as the states objected and gave no data.
I was disappointed that Pres. Trump didn’t sue these states in Federal court to get them to comply.
The states took the money from the Feds to modernize their databases and procedures.
The Feds should be allowed to get a peek at it.
33 states plus D.C. plus American Samoa supposedly qualified. To this day, funds can still be had by the states and they get to self monitor.
