I urge people to find an inexpensive, used copy of Ibram Kendi's book "How to be an Antiracist". It reveals, straight from the horse's mouth, the depraved bigotry at the heart of the entire "diversity etc" ideology. (If you get a used copy, cheap, you get to learn all about his deranged mind without lining his pockets.)
These policies guarantee operation of the Peter Principle. It’s why so many institutions and professions are falling apart. Case in point: air traffic controllers. And when such failings are discussed, no one dares to mention the real cause, which is affirmative action. It’s a sure fire way to lose your own job and reputation.
And the sad thing about this is that those doing this despise the segregation of the 1950’s. I guess they think it’s only good when they do it....
But, but, but...when they exclude, expunge and deny any white applicants or professors...they’re really not engaging in any kind of diversity or equity. Are they? Mental midgets.
Where is the congressional outrage?
Problem #1 is the department has a Diversity Advisory Committee.

If this policy is widely known in the academic world, why would any white educator want to teach there? One would be inviting abuse and derision every day. Any applicant would have to be so totally immersed in the ‘woke’ culture and the ‘inherent goodness of liberalism’ as to be incapable of critical thinking hence offers nothing to students.
