I urge people to find an inexpensive, used copy of Ibram Kendi's book "How to be an Antiracist". It reveals, straight from the horse's mouth, the depraved bigotry at the heart of the entire "diversity etc" ideology. (If you get a used copy, cheap, you get to learn all about his deranged mind without lining his pockets.)
These policies guarantee operation of the Peter Principle. It’s why so many institutions and professions are falling apart. Case in point: air traffic controllers. And when such failings are discussed, no one dares to mention the real cause, which is affirmative action. It’s a sure fire way to lose your own job and reputation.

The University of Washington Department of Psychology’s Diversity Advisory Committee appears to be made up of white-hating racist Nazis.
And the sad thing about this is that those doing this despise the segregation of the 1950’s. I guess they think it’s only good when they do it....
Apparently, race-blind hiring based on merit, skill, and knowledge leads to hiring from unfavored racial groups. Therefore, ignoring race is racist. And NO, I'm not being sarcastic. That is EXACTLY the mentality behind "Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity". Notice they've ditched the word "equality" for the similar-sounding but very different word "equity"?

Once these former institutions of higher learning are thoroughly overrun by ignoramuses both at the admininstrator and classroom educator level….kids really seeking an education will find alternatives to these universities.
It may take another generation…but maybe less.
