And the pinheads running the show are missing the whole point: when no one works, whose the customer; who’ll be able to buy or pay for anything? Evidently, the pinheads think everything will just magically work itself out. The people doing AI are among the stupidest and most depraved people in the known universe. They have no strategy nor any exit plan - burn it all down and blame it on rogue algorithms.
Anyone who has seen Terminator should know this doesn’t end well.
No one is running the AI show. That's the point.
AI is taking on a life of its own. The people developing it are just as amazed and befuddled as everyone else.
That's what this video discusses...the fact that AI reached a point in its development and then took an unexpected leap to the next stage that wasn't planned or part of the design.
It's like building a car from scratch and then one day this car cranks up all by itself and starts to drive around without a driver.
