Does anyone really know for sure? There's been speculation that the FBI edited the videos they've had in their possession all this time. We know the January 6th Committee added audio to the videos to enhance their effect, so it's likely they also edited, and destroyed some of the videos. The recent issue deals with the destruction of the depositions that the Committee had conducted. How a Congressional Committee, especially one that referred criminal charges to the DOJ for Trump, could get away with destroying the depositions of individuals they obviously relied on, in order to refer charges.
I read the other day that Judge Chutkan is refusing to provide Trump's attorneys with any evidence the special prosecutor has, ahead of his "election interference" trial. I thought that the prosecution was required to share any evidence they have, whether it is exculpatory evidence or otherwise, with the Trump legal team. One of the reasons General Flynn's case was eventually dismissed was because the prosecution hid exculpatory evidence from the court. I'm sure the same thing is going on now. They've gotten away with it for years, and nobody is held responsible for violating people's rights...and so they continue to get away with it.
what a cluster. It is so easy to be honest and so complicated to plot.
And tucker carlson got fired for starting to show what tapes were available?
