It certainly was and I never will. Our town is positioned between two of the Great Lakes and enjoys mostly mild winters, with the occasional extreme snowfall to kick it off (i.e. 52 inches from December 23-27, 2022). At 7:00 a.m. on January 26, 2023, I stood in the dark in some of that snow on one of those overpasses as I waited for the Southern Ontario leg of the truckers convoy to kick off.
It was an unusually cold morning and I didn’t fully appreciate the very windy nature of the location and the effect it would have on the “feels like” temperature. I can’t remember ever being that cold. It was a very small price to pay to take a stand for freedom. Turdeau hated the truckers, but he hated their anonymous supporters more, precisely because we were numerous and anonymous, at least until the financial supporters (including me) were doxxed. I wouldn’t change a thing.
Yiyiyi - convoy year was 2022, not 2023. I’m getting my snowfalls mixed up.
