Doesn’t that only apply when the US is the occupier? In the current situation, China is the occupier OF the US. Maybe China and the other countries Biden is beholden to (Ukraine?) have different practices/rules or no rules at all.

I could find no “Q” drops with Law of War (or low as a reference to law of war).
There are 9 drops with 11.3(in brackets- known as “kill boxes”) All but one readily refer to dates. 11.3 is not mentioned in swordmaker’s lexicon.
114 drops contain the word military. there are 168 mentions of the word military in those drops. some drops are duplicated in other drops so the number of drops is really less....none equate or allude to Law of War. Only drop #26 has 11.3 (which appears to be a date) as a pre-req to “THE ONLY WAY is the military”.
Drops #4524 and #4621 have 11.3 which don’t seem to be date related.
Like I said a long time again I stink at “Q” deciphering. I stink at the “Q” wheel.
