I never, ever use soap on my skin other than hands. Not for years. I learned it washes off the acid mantle of the skin which is very unhealthy to do. And about the sun/skin oils making Vit D which needs to absorb into the skin I found out a few years ago. Anti-antiperspirant can contribute to breast cancer IIRC. If you know any other things about it post em.

Laws woman I'd need to write a book. Then you'd tell me (rightfully) this thread isn't the place for that. LOL. Seriously, if you want to post in your health thread I'm all for it. I hit and run post a lot, so I don't always remember to duplicate in the proper places.
As for soap, I make my own or buy high quality from local markets. Then it's just pits and bits that get the soap except for every two weeks I scrub with a hard brush to exfoliate. I haven't washed my hair in 10 years with any soaps. I'll put my deodorant recipe in the health forum.
