If I lived in a climate where citrus grew, I’d grow some. Maybe if you can find local citrus and get it before processed... I’ll try to find out about the apeel and let you know.

Wish I lived in a fruit growing friendly climate, I would do just that, but I’m in West Texas desert grasslands.

I have a bearing fig tree, but no citrus. I’ll have to see if there is a greenhouse that grows citrus.

There are a lot of “condo” citrus and mangos designed for inside winter/outside summer. If properly pruned they can be good little producers. I think Finger Lime is a good “condo” citrus. But, you could grow a Moringa (Tree of Life) just about anywhere. It has the most Vit C of any plant.
