Effecting the price of housing as much as interest ratesIf interest rates continue at current or higher levels for some time, that graph suggests to me that real estate values in many areas will suffer the 1/3 haircut that they did in Arizona in the 2008 recession.
No doubt, with its infinite resources, Black Rock will continue buying through the downturn.
