As we (nervously) await word from SCOTUS as to the 1512(c)(2) petition, I am re-reading petition for cert.

Crux of argument: Obstruction of an official proceeding--passed in wake of Enron/Arthur Anderson scandal--addresses evidence/document impairment not political activity:

Well, I did not have this in my draft file.

The orders list today did not announce a decision either way--it has been relisted for further consideration, which is usually a good sign.

But how SCOTUS' timing works against a running clock in Trump's case--this is one of 4 charges in Jack Smith's indictment--is unknown. One takeaway is this is not encouraging news for either DOJ or Smith.

Such absurdity that this case has not been dismissed, as of yet. :(

Julie feels this is a good sign....that relisting (will be considered at NEXT conference date: Jan 5th) is favorable towards SCOTUS hearing this petition......this will be nearly three years, to the date, that the DoJustUs empaneled first Grand Jury to “investigate” J6.

Jack Smith is a bought and paid for slimy liar. That alone....combined with the slimy Judge’s dealings, should flush this case down to the sewer, where it belongs.
