Thank you for posting that! I remember we shared long ago about the magazine Media Bypass and Charles Hayes.

I would like to add that - IMHO - ProMIS software was the birthing mother of a cyber platform that could be developed to control millions of people. We have seen some of its offspring in multitudes of surveillance programs such as recently Palantir.

Ruthless people (the antichrist?) saw immense potential in the mother program so that Charles Hayes and Vince Foster, and likely Orlin Grabbe, had to disappear.

And who was at the center of all that? Hillary Clinton (and Bill) who have since seemed to sink into unfathomable depravities.

Correct about Media Bypass. And as I read the paragraph copied above, I thought to myself, "Oh, I have to mention Palantir because that's a next-generation version of ProMIS" then I smiled as I got to the end and saw you made the same point :) Very good. Yes, ProMIS was/is data mining and data warehousing technologies before those terms were well-known. ProMIS dates from the Reagan Administration so who knows what capabilities they have now.
