The story you refer to was the “Angel of Death,” aka retired CIA agent, Charles Hayes who used the information garnered via ProMIS software to threaten members of Congress that they needed to announce, “they planned to seek retirement in order to spend more time with family” or to be exposed as treasonous criminals. Hayes and his team found foreign accounts with 10s of billions of $ used to bribe members of Congress. This was all part of the Vince Foster murder.
I remember checking every morning to see if the latest “drop” from Grabbe had been released. If he were still alive, I would guess he was part of the Q group.
