If you didn’t watch it, you missed a lot of fun. DeSantis hit him again and again. Two especially delicious moments—DeSantis holding up the poop map for San Franciso describing how the once beautiful city is now a stinking hell hole and DeSantis pointing out the many reasons people are leaving California for Florida—including Newsome’s own father-in-law. All Newsome could do was sputter and lie and wave his peculiarly red hands around.
If he’s to be the last-minute substitute for Biden, he’d better up his game. Especially if DeSantis is the Republican nominee.
