Yes... if you want to put it that way.
The bible puts it this way in Jude:
“And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.”
Angels do have the capability of transforming themselves into whatever physical form they choose... even an angel of light.

So in Gen. 6, the fallen angels are in the masculine flesh and blood mindset, with an eye for the ladies, and man is shown taking the blame for angels grabbing up all the wimmin they chose to have?
The fallen angels can tranform into the likeness of physical people, but can’t pass along any spiritual or supernatural qualities that they possess, just size?
I realize that judgment for the angels which left heaven is a fact. I just think the angel-fathers theory is not backed by scriptures. Goliath died just like any man; nothing special about him, just bigger.
