Hey could be true, the yachts were purchased that does appear to be true, the rest is just conjecture without proof.
Would be like me saying I believe you are corrupt and have been siphoning money from your company, your neighbor and coworker just bought a new truck and fishing boat(even though neighbor makes 7 figures), but obviously those purchases were made by proxy for the boss.
