The opinion of more than a few UFO researchers is that, after a disastrous shoot-them-down phase immediately after WW II resulted into retaliatory attacks on civilian and military aircraft, the US government entered into a treaty of sorts with certain UFO entities.

Under the treaty arrived at during the Eisenhower administration, there would be no more mutual attacks and hostile actions. ETs would be permitted to operate above and on the earth in defined areas, while avoiding open displays. The US would get some technology, while in return, the ETs could abduct a limited number of humans, with the requirement that they be returned unhurt to where they abducted.

Supposedly, in great secrecy, the US and certain allied governments have been working on understanding, copying, and countering ET technology. Now, it is said that the effort has progressed far enough that the UFO secret can be slowly released to the public as humans get the ability to defend ourselves against hostile the more ET species.

This is all plausible, if one buys into the UFO and ETs, but with only thin proof.

I wouldn’t believe in UFOs if I was strapped to lab table surrounded by them after being abducted when my car mysteriously dies on a lonely road at a railroad crossing near Devil’s Tower on a dark night. I would only wonder what hallucinogen the gumment has injected me with.

When the powers that be spring the UFO’s are here revelation, you can be sure your liberties and property and are about to be abducted. And Tucker will be there to report on the great CIA UFO scam. He’ll profit from it coming and going.

I have no problem believing most of that, except the idea that we humans now believe we can present any direct threat to these ET entities. They’ve been around far longer than we have. They probably already know how to move back and forth in this phenomenon we now call “time”.

I watched the entire video about 30 minutes ago and if there is any mention of an agreement between the government and aliens it is a brief aside.
